I have loved soccer and video games ever since I was young. Now, I am also in love with Bitcoin Cash.

So here’s the idea. I am looking to develop a soccer management game where the in-game currency is Bitcoin Cash. With the world cup coming and millions of soccer fans world wide, I feel this is a great way to introduce Bitcoin Cash to people.

Sure, you can play the game for free but it takes longer and harder to recruit star players into your club. And then what happens? As a player, you will start researching what is Bitcoin Cash, how to buy Bitcoin Cash, because your soccer club is so important. =D

To make this short, this is a game where you play against other real players. It is a multiplayer game. Using Bitcoin Cash as the in game currency, you buy/sell players with other clubs. You get to upgrade your Stadium facilities, training ground, youth team system, etc using Bitcoin Cash. You get to send your star players to improvement facilities to faster improvement using Bitcoin Cash.

And here’s the fun part. Clubs win real Bitcoin Cash as prizes every week on their cup competitions and leagues. When they are tired of it, they can withdraw their Bitcoin Cash into their outside wallet. This means free players can play the game and earn Bitcoin Cash (grooming/selling players, winning cups or leagues), if they are willing to put in the effort.

The game will initially come out for Android within 2 months (shorter if we can raise sufficient funding to make this a reality. I hope to have the game out during the World Cup period because I think this time period is best). Whether I can afford to get the development work for iOS done, that’s going to depend on the interests of the community.

Here are the screenshots so you can see it’s a real product. It’s not done due to insufficient resources but it’s definitely an existing product.

What you may realize in the screenshots is that we have a “Player Mode” and a “Manager Mode” and you can switch between modes anytime. This is very interestingly because you are both the player AND the manager. This is probably the only game in the world where it’s both a simple RPG where you play the life of a soccer player… AND a strategy game where you try to build your club into the most successful one globally… using Bitcoin Cash!
